Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Cleaning Policy

  • If you are not fully satisfied with our cleaning service, we offer a 14-day re-cleaning guarantee at no additional cost.
  • The request for a re-clean must be made within 14 days of the original service date.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a cleaning has been completed.
  • Instead, we will re-clean the affected area(s) as part of our 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Limitations on Re-Cleaning & Refunds

  • If a customer declines the cleaning process or solutions recommended by our technicians on the appointment day, the Satisfaction Guarantee is void, and no re-cleaning or refund will be issued.
  • Some stains, odors, and pre-existing damage may not be fully removable. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of permanent stains or odors.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • No cancellation or rescheduling fees. We understand that life happens, and we do not charge for rescheduling or cancellations.
