1. Services Provided
EcoSwift Carpet Care offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to carpet cleaning, couch cleaning, area rug cleaning, mattress cleaning, tile cleaning, wood floor cleaning, and window cleaning. Service availability may vary based on location.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
- Customers can book appointments via phone, email, or our website.
- We do our best to arrive on time, but unforeseen delays may occur. We will notify you of any scheduling changes as soon as possible.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us in advance. We do not charge for cancellations or rescheduling.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Limitations
- We offer a 14-day re-cleaning guarantee if you are not satisfied with our service.
- Requests for re-cleaning must be made within 14 days of the original service date.
- If you decline our recommended cleaning process or solutions during the appointment, the Satisfaction Guarantee is void, and no re-cleaning will be offered.
- Some stains, odors, and pre-existing damage may not be fully removable. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee the complete removal of permanent stains or odors.
4. Payments & Pricing
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, & Venmo .
- Pricing is subject to change with notice. Quotes provided before service may be adjusted based on the actual condition of the area being cleaned.
5. Liability & Damages
- Our technicians are trained to handle your property with care. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened fibers, discoloration, or damage resulting from improper previous treatments.
- Customers must notify us of any fragile, valuable, or delicate items before cleaning begins.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the service area at the scheduled time.
- Remove fragile or valuable items before our team arrives.
- Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety reasons.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and will never share or sell your personal information.
- Customer details are used solely for booking, communication, and service purposes.
8. Changes to These Terms
EcoSwift Carpet Care reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
